We know how stressful it can be to get stuck with inventory that just won't move, which is why we've designed a flexible policy to support your retail success and ensure you are never stuck with merchandise you can’t sell.

Returns: Your Sell-Through Safety Net

We stand confidently behind our products! We want you to feel secure when stocking your shelves, which is why we offer our Sell-Through Guarantee, providing you with a financial safety net.

How it Works (The Short Version):

If, within 90 days of receiving your delivery, you find that fewer than 35% of the units from that purchase have sold, you may be eligible to request a return for the remaining stock.

The Logistics:

  • Condition: All returned products must be in their original, resalable condition. This means unopened, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging and inserts.
  • Shipping: The retailer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless we’ve made a specific, written arrangement otherwise.
  • Reimbursement: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will quickly issue a credit toward your future purchases or a refund equal to the original purchase price of the approved units.

Flexible Exchanges

Sometimes a different style or seed collection would just be a better fit for your customers—we get it!

We are happy to review requests to exchange your unsold products for different products of equal wholesale value. All items for exchange must also be in that required original, resalable condition. The retailer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, but we are happy to use our negotiated rates to get you the lowest possible shipping rate.
