Spinach belongs to the amaranth family. It is related to beetroots and quinoa, so you know it's healthy! Spinach is rich in iron, manganese, and vitamins A, C, and K. These nutrients benefit eye health, reduce oxidative stress, and reduce blood pressure levels.
